On the technician side, you’ll assist with patient restraint, triage, laboratory sample collection and processing, diagnostic imaging, anesthesia, surgery, medications, and nursing care for hospitalized patients. You’ll also communicate treatment plans and instructions to clients and work closely with the veterinary team to provide a smooth patient experience.

On the reception side, you’ll greet clients, answer phones, schedule appointments, assist with check‑in and check‑out, process payments, and help address client questions.
