Job summary

BluePearl Pet Hospital is seeking an experienced Radiology Veterinary Technician to support advanced diagnostic imaging, including x-ray, CT, and MRI, while preparing patients and assisting with ultrasound. You will restrain patients safely, place IV catheters, perform phlebotomy, and prepare cytology slides.

BluePearl Pet Hospital is hiring an exceptional Radiology Veterinary Technician.

Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 / hour
This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

As a Radiology Technician you will perform advance diagnostic testing, such as x-rays, computed tomography (CT), nuclear imaging , digital fluoroscopy, and magnetic resonance imag ing (MRI).

As a Radiology Technician, you will:

• You prepare patients for ultrasound.
• Your safely restrain patients for procedures.
• You place intravenous catheters in all peripheral veins.
• You perform phlebotomy.
• You prepare slides for cytology.
• You proficiently perform digital radiographs.
• You monitor patients during anesthesia or while sedated.
• You will perform advanced imaging such as CT scans and MRI procedures.

• You have patience and empathy to address client concerns.
