Job summary

Qualifications

• Two years' experience as a Veterinary Assistant or Technician.
• RV T or associate degree with licensure within 120 days of hire.
• Three years' experience as Veterinary Assistant/Technician or equivalent.
• Six years' experience as Veterinary Assistant/Technician or equivalent.
• Eight years' experience with one year in a specialty for Senior Tech path.
• NAVTA credential as a Veterinary Technician Specialist (VTS).

Responsibilities

• Participate in on-the-job training of veterinary students, interns and residents.
• Collaborate with DVMs to deliver high-quality client and patient care.
• Assist in routine and specialty procedures and maintain clinical protocols.

Skills

Registered Veterinary Technician licensure within 120 days

Associate degree in veterinary technology and licensure pathway (Oklahoma)
