Job summary

Garden State Veterinary Services Woodbridge is excited to welcome Veterinary Technicians to our emergency team. You’ll work with board-certified clinicians on urgent cases using state-of-the-art facilities.

CVT/LVT preferred or 2+ years of technician experience; we value teamwork, compassion, and meticulous care. Duties include anesthesia, IV catheters, fluid therapy, radiology, and sample collection in a fast-paced ER setting.

Qualifications

• CVT/LVT preferred, or minimum of 2 years of technician experience.
• Team-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and organized.
• Compassionate, positive, honest, and committed to providing excellent care.
• Anesthesia, sedation and procedures.
• Setting up CRIs and performing medical calculations.
• Placing IV catheters and managing fluid therapy.
• Monitoring hospitalized patients and providing compassionate care.
• Collecting diagnostic samples and maintaining records.
• Radiology positioning and safety.
• Preparing blood/plasma transfusions.

About You

• CVT/LVT preferred, or minimum of 2 years of technician experience

Compensation & Schedule

• Pay: $23/hr - $35/hr + Overnight differential
• Schedule: Monday, Thursday, and Friday 8am - 6pm
• Access earned wages before payday with DailyPay
