We are seeking flexible, well-rounded experienced (3+ years) ER Veterinary Technicians for various shifts including morning, afternoon, holiday, swing, overnight, and weekend positions at our hospital.

About Us

NVA Animal Medical Center of Plainfield provides urgent care for pets who are sick or injured when their primary care veterinarian is closed or overwhelmed. We service the entire Southwest suburbs of Chicago and our growing 11-doctor practice offers emergency services, ER surgical services such as caesarians, foreign body removal, GDV surgery, laceration repair, and other procedures that cannot wait until the primary vet is available. We utilize digital radiography, in-house labs, blood typing, isolation wards, and two surgical suites. Our facility, which had its GRAND OPENING on August 1st, 2023, is equipped with state-of-the-art surgical suites, dental suites, isolation wards, a large canine hospitalization ward, and 20 exam rooms. We also offer in-house ultrasounds and more.

Schedule

• 8pm-8am, 7 days a week
• Daytime, afternoon, swing, and weekend shifts available
• Flexible shift lengths ranging from 6 to 12 hours
• Holiday shifts with double time pay (mandatory, 2 per year)
