Winding Hill Veterinary Clinic in Mechanicsburg, PA, is seeking an Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our full-time team. Schedule includes rotating Saturdays in a busy, well-equipped practice.

With 40+ years of service, we offer wellness care, surgery, diagnostics, dentistry, and urgent care while promoting collaboration, mentorship, and a supportive culture for high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician or Highly Experienced Veterinary Technician with 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Advanced technical skills including anesthesia monitoring, dentistry, surgical assistance, and diagnostic procedures.
• Strong knowledge of patient care, treatment protocols, and hospital workflows.
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and efficient in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• A dependable and adaptable team player with strong communication skills.
• Comfortable working rotating Saturday shifts and committed to excellent attendance.
• Passion for high-quality patient care and collaborating with veterinarians and support staff.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during exams, surgical procedures, and advanced treatments.
• Perform and monitor anesthesia, surgical prep, dental procedures, diagnostics, and inpatient care.
• Utilize your technical skills to support efficient patient flow and high standards of care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and provide excellent client education and communication.
• Collaborate with the team to support a positive, accountable, and growth-oriented hospital culture.
