About the role

BluePearl Pet Hospital is looking for a Veterinary Technician Manager with passion and the ability to motivate, engage, and train a team of veterinary professionals.

Compensation and Benefits

Pay: $32.00 - $50.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and depends on experience and advancement through our leveling system.

We offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends, with the following examples:

• Mon – Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

• Demonstrate advanced proficiency as a Veterinary Technician or similar role

• Manage performance documentation and reviews
• Other duties as assigned
