Responsibilities

• Provide safe patient handling and restraint.
• Support preventative care and vaccination appointments.
• Monitor patients under anesthesia and perioperative care.
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs and collect samples.
• Perform in-house laboratory testing and phlebotomy.
• Document patient records clearly and thoroughly.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do

• Provide safe and effective patient handling and restraint
• Support preventative care and vaccine appointments
• Monitor patients under anesthesia
• Provide perioperative care, including IV catheter placement
• Obtain diagnostic radiographs
• Perform phlebotomy and collect diagnostic samples
• Perform in-house laboratory testing
• Communicate professionally and compassionately with clients and staff
• Document patient records and client interactions clearly and succinctly
• Collaborate with veterinarians and fellow team members to provide exceptional patient care
