BluePearl Pet Hospital in Conshohocken, PA is hiring a Critical Care Veterinary Technician!

Pay: $21.00 - $43.00 / hour

This pay band is a starting point and is dependent on experience and advancement through our competency leveling system.

Schedule: 3x12-hour shifts. Sunday-Tuesday, 7:00a-7:00p

We also offer competitive shift differential pay for eligible hours worked during nights and weekends. For example:

• Mon - Fri: 6pm to 8am = $3.50 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 6pm to 8am = $5.00 Shift Differential
• Sat & Sun: 8am to 6pm = $3.50 Shift Differential

We are hiring an exceptional Veterinary Technician to join our team. If you enjoy patient care and working in a fast-paced, challenging, interesting, and collaborative environment, apply today! This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

As an ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will:

• Triage and obtain patient history
• Identify patients at risk for arrest and initiate CPR
• Place IVCs and advanced catheters like Jugular catheters, Central Lines, or PICC lines
• Monitor and care for ventilator cases
• Work alongside other skilled technicians and assistants in providing excellent, advanced medicine to your patients
• Mentor and train other co-workers
• Feel gratification from nursing critically ill patients back to health and reuniting them with their pet parents
