Qualifications

• Licensure of veterinary technician preferred but not required.
• 1–2 years of clinical experience.
• AVMA-accredited program or equivalent education/experience.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians to ensure quality care and educate clients.
• Assist with surgeries and procedures and monitor patient status.
• Maintain comprehensive medical records and charts.
• Obtain health history and inform clients about care options.
• Use safe restraining techniques and keep treatment areas sterile.
• Mentor and support fellow team members.
