VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital and Pet Resort in Plymouth, MA is hiring a full-time Veterinary Assistant. We seek an experienced technician to join a 5-doctor practice offering comprehensive care, surgery, dentistry, and boarding within a full-service veterinary hospital.

Qualifications

• Must be a credentialed veterinary technician (CVT, RVT, or LVT) or a trainee.
• Strong communication and client service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced hospital.

Responsibilities

• Perform physical examinations, patient assessment and recovery.
• Assist with procedural anesthesia and monitoring.
• IV fluid administration and CRI calculations.
• Hands-free radiology and diagnostic imaging support.
• Client communications and discharge instructions.
