Job summary

VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital in Plymouth, MA is seeking a talented Veterinary Assistant to join the medical team full time. Our AAHA accredited, 5 doctor GP practice in historic Plymouth MA offers a state-of-the-art facility with luxury grooming and boarding attached.

Qualifications

• Compassionate patient care and client education are essential.
• Laboratory sample handling and diagnostic imaging experience is preferred.
• Experience assisting in surgical prep and anesthesia is valued.

Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate patient care and client education.
• Assist with pharmacy tasks and medication administration.
• Collect lab samples and process tests.
• Perform diagnostic imaging and assist in procedures.
• Prepare for surgery and assist during anesthesia.
• Maintain medical records and documentation.

VCA Plymouth Animal Hospital is seeking a talented Veterinary Assistant to join the medical team full time. Our AAHA accredited, 5 doctor, GP practice in located in historic Plymouth MA.
