Saint Francis Veterinary Center of South Jersey is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join the Thrive Pet Healthcare community in Swedesboro, NJ. The role focuses on hands-on patient care, outpatient treatments, and diagnostic lab work within a supportive network of Thrive Pet Healthcare facilities.

Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of clinical veterinary experience and prefer CVT/RVT/LVT credentials, with strong anesthesia skills and excellent communication and organization.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Technician (direct patient care).
• CVT/RVT/LVT (active and current) preferred.
• Superior/advanced technical skills.
• Has strong anesthesia skills (able to obtain BP, ECG, SpO2, and EtCO2 and integrate clinical signs with disease processes).

Responsibilities

• Provide end-to-end care for patients, including outpatient treatments and laboratory tests.
• Assist doctors with anesthesia and monitoring.
• Facilitate admission and discharge of patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and communicate with clients.
