Verden Veterinary Clinic is a busy two-doctor mixed animal practice in Verden, OK, offering Preventative Care, Surgery, Urgent Care, Dentistry, Radiology, and more. We seek a dedicated veterinary technician to support medical and surgical cases, with emphasis on lab work, imaging, anesthesia, and client communication.

Ideal candidates have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Weekend availability and reliability are important.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 1 year veterinary assistant/technician experience preferred.
• CVT/RVT/LVT credentials are a bonus.
• Strong client communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to restrain animals safely and effectively.
• Experience with laboratory sample collection and processing.

Responsibilities

• Restrain and triage incoming patients with care.
• Collect and analyze lab samples for diagnostic purposes.
• Assist in diagnostic imaging and radiographs.
• Provide nursing care and monitor hospitalized cases.
• Assist with anesthesia and surgical procedures.
• Communicate treatment plans clearly to clients.
