The Vet on 4th & Main is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team and support exceptional experiences for clients and patients across all aspects of hospital care.

This full-time position offers a rotating schedule of three 10-hour shifts, with weekends and holidays possible to cover our 365-day hospital operations. We value dependable, motivated candidates who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in a veterinary assistant, animal care, kennel assistant, or related role.
• Proficiency in safe animal handling and restraint for dogs and cats of varying sizes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Compassionate, professional client and team communication.

Responsibilities

• Support exam, outpatient, surgical, and urgent care workflows.
• Provide safe handling and restraint during procedures.
• Prepare patients, equipment, and treatment areas for appointments.
• Review treatment plans, medications, and discharge instructions with clients.
• Build positive client relationships through education and attentive service.
• Maintain clean, organized exam rooms and treatment spaces.
