ACCESS South Bay is seeking an ER Overnight Supervisor to join our growing team!

We are comprised of emergency, critical care, cardiology, internal medicine, neurology, and surgery, providing the highest level of care for pets in our community.

Job Purpose:

• Provide a primary point of contact for all technical questions, comments, concerns, and issues.
• Reduce the time doctors and technical staff spend on responsibilities by providing oversight for all technical employees during shifts.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee team members during shifts to ensure work quality.
• Address patient/doctor issues promptly for resolution.
• Assign patients based on case severity and staff skill levels.
• Maintain patient census forms and boards during shifts.
• Update the Triage Board as needed in a Triage-Center-In-Certification-Process Hospital.
• Ensure proper patient rounds during transfers.
• Manage technical staff resources in the Emergency Department.
• Train staff in technical areas as assigned by the Technician Manager.
• Serve as primary key-holder or Cubex resource as needed.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a lead/supervisor role.

Compensation: $29 - $36/hr + $2/hr differential.
