ACCESS South Bay is seeking an ER Overnight Supervisor to join our growing team!

Job Purpose:
- Provide a primary point of contact for all technical questions, comments, concerns, and issues.
- Reduce the time doctors and technical staff spend on responsibilities by providing oversight for all technical employees during shifts.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Oversee team members during shifts to ensure work quality.
- Address patient/doctor issues promptly for resolution.
- Assign patients based on case severity and staff skill levels.
- Maintain patient census forms and boards during shifts.
- Update the Triage Board as needed in a Triage-Center-In-Certification-Process Hospital.
- Ensure proper patient rounds during transfers.
- Manage technical staff resources in the Emergency Department.
- Train staff in technical areas as assigned by the Technician Manager.
- Serve as primary key-holder or Cubex resource as needed.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 2 years of ER experience in a lead/supervisor role.
- Enjoy working as a key team player providing high-standard patient care.

Compensation: $29 - $36/hr + $2/hr differential.
