What You’ll Do
  • Triage incoming patients by assessing their medical needs and prioritizing treatments based on urgency.
  • Provide immediate critical care—administer fluids, medications, and other life‑saving interventions while closely monitoring patient status.
  • Collaborate with emergency veterinarians and fellow technicians to devise and execute treatment plans for a variety of acute and complex cases.
  • Communicate compassionately with pet parents, offering clear updates, reassurance, and empathy during stressful moments.
  • Maintain a calm, organized workspace and ensure rapid access to the supplies and equipment needed for emergency interventions.
  • Participate in ongoing training and case discussions, sharpening your skills and staying current with the latest emergency protocols and best practices.

Anticipated Schedule

This is a full-time position with the following available schedules:

  • Thursday – Saturday: 8:00 PM – 8:00 AM
  • Please note that some holidays are required.
Compensation
  • Starting at $22.50/hr + 25% shift differential, dependent upon licensure and experience
