Veterinary Technician

Location: Riverbend Animal Hospital, Hadley, MA

Salary: $25.00-$29.00 per hour

Sign-on Bonus eligible!

What You’ll Do

• Provide compassionate care to pet patients and their loved ones
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms and treatment areas
• Perform physical assessments and record observations
• Keep animals calm during procedures
• Prepare estimates and discuss financial commitments with clients
• Explain follow-up and home care instructions
• Stock treatment areas and inform inventory needs
• Assist veterinarians in procedures, including blood draws, anesthesia, and monitoring
• Care for surgical materials and maintain the operating room
