We are seeking an experienced Critical Care Technician to join our ICU team as a key point person in the management of our most critical patients. This is a full-time position that requires flexibility to work nights and weekends and holidays.

As an ICU/Critical Care Technician, you will:

• Work closely with our Criticalist to manage ICU cases, triage priorities, and execute treatment plans.
• Perform advanced technical skills including:
  • Central line placement and maintenance
  • Ventilator management
  • CRI administration and fluid therapy
  • Blood product administration

• Monitor and assess patient status, anticipate changes, and communicate effectively with doctors and team members.
• Serve as a resource for ICU support staff, providing guidance and mentorship.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in emergency or critical care preferred
• Proficiency in high-level ICU skills including central lines, ventilator care, and advanced monitoring
• Calm under pressure, exceptional communicator, and team-focused
• Desire to grow within the specialty and contribute to a teaching environment
