Pet Alliance is seeking a Veterinary Technician to support our clinic in delivering comprehensive medical care. You will prepare animals for procedures, assist with vaccines, run lab work, and help maintain a clean, organized facility.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 6 months of Veterinary Assistant/Technician experience.
• Experience in veterinary clinic or animal welfare preferred.
• Certification as Veterinary Technician preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare animals for procedures by reviewing records and vital signs.
• Administer vaccines and draw blood for testing.
• Educate clients on services and preventive care.
• Process prescriptions and medication instructions.
• Assist with surgery prep and monitor during procedures.
• Maintain clinic cleanliness and inventory.
• Complete paperwork and data entry of notes and rabies certificates.
• Input patient charges and reconcile receipts.
