Job summary

CityVet Carmel is seeking a Licensed/Registered/Certified Veterinary Technician (LVT/RVT/CVT) to join our veterinary team in Carmel, IN. The role focuses on supporting veterinarians, maintaining high standards of patient care, and coordinating with front-office staff to ensure efficient daily practice.

Qualified candidates will hold a valid state license as an LVT/RVT/CVT and have at least 2 years of veterinary experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold valid LVT/RVT/CVT license.
• Minimum 2 years veterinary industry experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• Knowledgeable in veterinary terminology and medication.
• Ability to restrain animals safely.

Responsibilities

• Assist Veterinarian in medical, surgical, and dental procedures, including anesthesia and restraining animals as needed.
• Relieve veterinarian from technical and administrative tasks to improve daily practice efficiency.
• Facilitate communication from operating room to front office and client.
• Ensure excellent patient care and operational productivity.
