House Springs Animal Clinic is seeking a full-time Veterinary Technician to join our experienced team in Jefferson County. We’re a two-doctor practice offering in-house lab, digital radiography, and surgical monitoring.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician preferred (CVT/LVT/RVT).
• Experience as a veterinary assistant/technician is welcome.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment.
• Strong client communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Triage patients and obtain medical histories, vital signs, and assessments.
• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and procedures.
• Provide nursing care from intake through discharge.
• Prepare and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments.
• Perform venipuncture, IV catheter placement, and fluid therapy.
• Obtain radiographs and operate in-house lab testing.
• Support surgical and dental procedures, monitor anesthesia.
• Maintain accurate medical records and client education.
