Join our team as a Veterinary Technician at Heart + Paw and enjoy a $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for licensed veterinary technicians (LVTs).

Position Details:

• Full-time
• Hourly Rate: $25-$30/hr

Responsibilities Include

• Assist veterinarians with routine appointments, surgeries, and patient care
• Collect and process diagnostic samples, administer medications, and prepare for surgeries
• Record detailed patient histories and manage pharmaceutical inventories
• Take and interpret radiographs, including dental X-rays, and perform ultrasonic dental cleanings
• Monitor anesthesia, dress wounds, and assist with procedures
• Maintain sterilized surgical instruments and equipment
• Educate clients on preventive care, dental hygiene, and nutrition
• Assist with onboarding new employees and promote our services

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Veterinary Technician in this state
• 1–2 years of clinical experience preferred
• Strong communication skills and client focus
• Physical stamina to lift 20+ lbs. and work in a fast-paced environment
• Interest in using technology to improve care and client experience
• Certifications like Fear Free and HABRI (preferred or willing to obtain)
• Team-oriented and adaptable
