Veterinary Technician - $3,000 Sign-On Bonus for CVTs!

Responsibilities Include

• Assist veterinarians with routine appointments, surgeries, and patient care.
• Collect and process diagnostic samples, administer medications, and prepare for surgeries.
• Record detailed patient histories and manage pharmaceutical inventories.
• Take and interpret radiographs, including dental X-rays, and perform ultrasonic dental cleanings.
• Monitor anesthesia, dress wounds, and assist with procedures like catheterization and ear flushes.
• Maintain sterilization of surgical instruments and treatment areas.
• Educate clients on preventive care, dental hygiene, nutrition, and more.
• Collaborate with the team to foster a positive work environment and assist with onboarding new staff.
• Promote services like grooming, daycare, and retail offerings to clients.

What We’re Looking For

• Veterinary Technician licensure in this state (preferred).
• 1–2 years of clinical experience required.
• Strong communication skills and a client-centric approach.
• Ability to lift 20+ lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in using technology to enhance care and client experience.
• Fear Free and HABRI certifications (preferred) or willingness to obtain them.
• Enthusiastic team player with adaptability and collaborative spirit.
