Who We're Looking For:

We're currently looking to hire an Experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will be a dependable, detail-oriented team player who loves pets and being part of a fun, supportive team. They will have experience rooming patients, surgical assisting experience and knowledge of equipment used, drawing blood and running bloodwork, knowledge of x-rays and proper positioning, experience with proper animal handling and restraint, understanding the importance of client education, and being a positive and motivating team member.

Requirements:

Experienced as a Veterinary Technician Knowledge of industry tools and equipment is a plus. Experience working with these tools is even better Passion for working with animals and their owners Ability to learn proper animal handling, fear-free training, and restraint Ability to learn common treatments and processes normally found in a veterinary hospital setting Excellent communication and ability to gain strong organizational skills

Pay Range: $25.00 based on experience. No weekends and no late evening shifts.

Qualifications

Experience as a veterinary technician or assistant. Strong animal handling skills and knowledge of clinical procedures. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Veterinary Technician Certification (CVT, RVT, or LVT) preferred – or eligibility to obtain licensure based on state requirements. Degree from an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program preferred but not required.
