Farmersville Veterinary Clinic is seeking an experienced or licensed Veterinary Technician to join our four-doctor mixed animal practice. This full-time position offers a four-day work week with rotating Saturday shifts and a comprehensive benefits package.

Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians during examinations, treatments, and surgical procedures.
• Monitor anesthesia and provide nursing care before, during, and after procedures.
• Collect laboratory samples and perform diagnostic testing.
• Take and process diagnostic radiographs.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed.
• Educate clients on preventive care, medications, and discharge instructions.
• Maintain accurate patient medical records.
• Utilize Fear Free and low-stress handling techniques while caring for patients.
