Cocoa Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experienced Veterinary Technician to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry. The role balances exam room care, client communication, and hands-on procedural support to elevate patient care.

New grads may be considered and mentored in a supportive environment. The position plays a key role in outpatient and procedural workflows with a flexible full-time schedule (4/10).

Cocoa Veterinary Hospital is seeking an experiencedVeterinary Technician to join our team and support both outpatient care and procedural services, including surgery and dentistry.

We are seeking a versatile, client-focused technician who thrives in a dynamic general practice environment—balancing exam room care, client communication, and hands‑on procedural support. We value experienced technicians for the clinical knowledge, judgment, and communication skills they bring across all areas of the hospital, helping elevate the quality of medicine, client experience, and patient care.

We are also excited to consider new Veterinary Technician graduates or students on track to become credentialed in 2027 who are eager to build their skills in a supportive, hands‑on environment. In this position, you will play a key role in both outpatient and procedural workflows, contributing to a consistent, high standard of care throughout the patient visit.

Responsibilities include:

• Supporting efficient exam room, outpatient, surgical, and dental workflows

Schedule and compensation:

• Compensation: $16-20per hour, for each hour worked
• This is a flexible, full-time position, with a 4/10 schedule and availability needed Monday-Friday

Minimum qualifications and skill set:
