We are looking for a full-time Anesthesia & Surgery Coordinator to join our team. What You’ll Do
As the Anesthesia & Surgery Coordinator you will oversee the daily coordination of anesthesia services across multiple specialty departments. Acting as the central hub for anesthesia-related communications you will collaborate with Surgery, Dentistry, Ophthalmology, Imaging, Emergency & Critical Care, and more.
In this role, you will work closely with a board-certified anesthesiologist, specialists and credentialed technicians, including veterinary technician specialists to ensure smooth operations, efficient communication and continuity of peri-operative care across departments.
You’ll play a key role in modeling clinical and service excellence throughout the surgical process - from case scheduling to patient recovery while serving as a trusted ambassador of CUVS’s professional standards, collaborative culture and commitment to exceptional patient care.
