VCA Crown Hill Animal Hospital is seeking a Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our Patient Care Team!

Schedule:Full-timeopportunity.4/10’s flexible scheduling.

Compensation: $ 32 – $ 36 / hour. Pay is dependent on experience and licensure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Patient Care: Provide high-quality nursing care to patients, including administering treatments, medications, and monitoring their recovery.
  • Anesthesia and Surgery: Assist veterinarians with surgical procedures, including anesthesia induction, monitoring, and post-operative care.
  • Diagnostics: Perform diagnostic tests such as blood work, urinalysis, and radiographs, ensuring accurate results and timely processing.
  • Client Education: Engage with clients to provide clear communication on their pets’ health, treatment plans, and preventive care.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and detailed medical records for each patient.
  • Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor junior staff and help foster a collaborative, positive work environment. As part of our team, you'll have the opportunity to grow your leadership skills and potentially lead teams or projects.
