Qualifications

  • 1–2 years of clinical veterinary experience required

Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
  • Prepare patients and surgical instruments for procedures
  • Provide surgical assistance and post-operative nursing care
  • Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
  • Assist with outpatient treatments and in-house laboratory testing
  • Support patient flow through admissions and discharges
  • Collect patient histories and maintain accurate medical records
  • Use safe restraint techniques and follow standard protocols
  • Maintain clean, organized, and sterile treatment, exam, and lab areas
  • Communicate with clients about pet health concerns, medications, and treatment plans
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient hospital operations

What You’ll Do
  • Supporting veterinarians during exams, treatments, and procedures
