Job summary

VCA Animal Hospital of Plainfield is seeking a Registered Veterinary Technician to join our Patient Care Team in Plainfield, IN. You will closely work with veterinarians to support medical procedures and guide clients through their pet's care with compassion.

Responsibilities include assisting with surgeries and anesthesia monitoring, dental cleanings and radiographs, administering medications, and educating clients on care plans. This is a full-time position with competitive benefits.

The Role

As a Registered Veterinary Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care. You'll work closely with our veterinarians to support a variety of medical procedures while helping guide clients through their pet's care with confidence and compassion.

What You'll Do

• Administer medications, vaccines, and treatments
• Collect samples and run in-house diagnostics
• Place catheters and support patient treatments
• Educate clients on care plans, medications, and follow-up
