VCA Sand Lake Animal Hospital in Onalaska, WI is seeking a Veterinary Technician to deliver exceptional patient care and build strong client relationships. This role offers growth within a collaborative 5-doctor team focused on preventive care.

You will assist in surgeries, perform dental cleanings and radiographs, administer medications, collect samples, and maintain comprehensive medical records while educating clients on treatment plans and home care.

Qualifications

• Credentialed Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or VTNE eligible.

Responsibilities

• Assist in surgical procedures, including anesthesia monitoring and post-operative recovery.
• Perform dental cleanings, charting, and radiographs.

• Prepare patients and exam rooms for appointments.
• Educate clients on treatment plans, medications, and home care.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient medical records.

The Role

As a Veterinary Technician, you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional patient care and creating a positive client experience. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building client relationships, is passionate about patient care, and is eager to grow within a supportive team.
