What You’ll Do

Own anesthesia support for cases across Emergency, Surgery, Critical Care, Cardiology, Oncology, Neurology, Radiology, and Internal Medicine

Collaborate in real-time with specialists and emergency vets to create and execute individualized anesthetic and pain management plans

Master advanced monitoring and technical skills — triple lumen catheters, arterial lines (IBP), CVPs — we want you if you’re ready to flex those muscles

Lead, teach, and inspire others, including vet interns and fellow techs, around anesthesia best practices

The specialty team includes experts in fields such as surgery, internal medicine, cardiology, neurology, oncology, dermatology, and diagnostic imaging, ensuring comprehensive and compassionate care for your pets.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Veterinary Technician located in Brooklyn, NY. The Veterinary Technician will be responsible for day-to-day tasks including providing animal care, assisting with veterinary technology and procedures, educating clients about pet care, and supporting anesthesiology practices. The role involves working closely with emergency veterinarians and specialists to provide the highest level of care to pets.

Qualifications

• Skills in Animal Care and Pet Care
• Experience with Veterinary Technology and Anesthesiology procedures
• Ability to provide Client Education on animal health and care
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Detail-oriented and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
