Eclipse Specialty & Emergency Pet Care in Whippany, NJ is seeking an experienced veterinary technician for full-time night and day coverage. You will monitor patients, assist veterinarians, and perform emergency procedures in our state-of-the-art facility.

Qualifications

• Licensed veterinary technician required (RVT or equivalent).
• Minimum 3 years in a veterinary hospital, including emergency/ICU.
• Proficient with advanced medical equipment and patient monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs and patient status continuously.
• Accurately dose and administer medications and fluids.
• Perform CPR and support emergency stabilization.
• Collaborate with veterinarians to adjust treatment plans.
• Conduct routine diagnostic tests (blood work, BP).
• Administer oxygen and assist with advanced therapies as needed.
