Job summary

TotalBond Bethel is seeking a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician to provide skilled care to our patients and excellent service to clients at our Bethel clinic in Lake Wylie, SC. The ideal candidate will have experience in animal care, client communication, and various veterinary procedures, with a passion for improving the lives of pets and their owners.

Qualifications

• LVT certification required.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Knowledge of common disease states and ability to alert veterinarians to changes.
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
• Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion.
• Communicate clearly with clients, including care instructions and status updates.
• Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing.
• Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready.
• Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Rotating Saturdays 8AM-2PM, Monday- Friday 7:30AM-7PM/ 7:30AM-5:30PM
