TotalBond Bethel is hiring a full-time Licensed Veterinary Technician in Lake Wylie, SC. The role involves assisting veterinarians with patient care, diagnostics, and procedures, with strong client communication.

The position offers a comprehensive benefits package and a stable schedule including Saturdays and weekday shifts. Ideal candidates will hold an LVT, be skilled in lab work, radiography, injections, and IV placement, and adhere to safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) certification.
• Ability to handle animals safely and compassionately.
• Knowledgeable about common disease states and able to alert veterinarians to changes in patient conditions.
• Familiarity with DEA, OSHA, and hospital safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with patient care, exams, surgery, anesthesia, and recovery.
• Safely handle and restrain animals with compassion.
• Communicate clearly with clients, including care instructions and status updates.
• Perform technical duties such as lab work, radiographs, injections, and IV catheter placement.
• Maintain accurate medical records and assist with medication dispensing.
• Help keep exam rooms, treatment areas, and equipment clean, stocked, and ready.
• Follow hospital, safety, and regulatory guidelines at all times.

Salary: $24.00-$30.00 per hour dependent on skills and experience

Schedule: Rotating Saturdays 8AM-2PM, Monday- Friday 7:30AM-7PM/ 7:30AM-5:30PM
