Sploot Veterinary Care in Colorado is seeking an experienced veterinary technician (RVT) to join our urgent care and general practice team. You will assist veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• RVT — Current Veterinary Technician License in Colorado.
• 1+ year of vet tech experience; emergency or urgent care is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support veterinarians with surgery prep, anesthesia monitoring, treatments, and diagnostics.
• Perform blood draws, lab work, IV catheter placement, radiographs, medications and vaccines administration, and wound care assistance.
• Guide and reassure pet parents by clearly communicating care plans and at-home instructions.
• Maintain digital records (with AI scribe support), restock supplies, and keep equipment clean and sterilized.
• Contribute to a positive, solutions-focused team environment and support the growth of veterinary assistants.
