Role Description

This full-time, on-site Veterinary Technician role is based in Fort Collins, CO, and supports clinical and teaching activities within CSU’s veterinary medicine programs. The Veterinary Technician will provide high-quality animal care, assist veterinarians with examinations, treatments, and diagnostic procedures, and monitor patients before, during, and after anesthetic events. Daily responsibilities include preparing and maintaining equipment and treatment areas, accurately documenting patient information, and ensuring compliance with safety, regulatory, and institutional standards. The role also involves educating clients and students on proper animal care practices, collaborating with veterinary teams, and contributing to a supportive, learning-focused clinical environment.

Qualifications
