We are looking for an experienced and motivated veterinary technician to join our pawsome team at Jubilee Pet Hospital in Daphne, AL. We are open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. This two-doctor practice is fast-paced and continuously growing. We offer medical, dental, and vision insurance. Responsibilities

• Obtain and record patient histories
• Communicate with pet owners on procedures, products, and preventative healthcare
• Dispense and administer medications, vaccines, and treatments as prescribed by veterinarians
• Collect blood, fecal, and urine samples
• Administer and monitor anesthesia under veterinarian supervision
• Prepare patients, instruments, and equipment for surgery
• Perform routine dental cleanings
• Take radiographs
• Clean and sterilize equipment, instruments, and materials
• Place IV catheters
• Assist veterinarians in procedures
• Input charges into computer software
• Work well in a team setting
• Handle high-stress situations professionally
• Use safe restraining techniques on patients
