Our focus is on being a place of comfort for our clients and pets, in sickness and in health. You will have the opportunity to reach your full potential as a Veterinary Technician performing all technical responsibilities to provide quality patient care!!

Here is What Your day May Consist of :

• Intravenous catheter placement and venipuncture
• Administer drugs (IV, SQ, Oral)
• Assists with radiographic procedures
• Perform diagnostic blood, urine, and fecal testing
• Provide care to hospitalized patients
• Manage invoicing of patients
• Client communication and education
• Admitting and discharging patients

Here is What You Will Bring to the Position :

Current veterinary technician license (preferred)

Minimum of 1 year of clinical or externship experience in a veterinary practice (preferred)

Proficient in animal handling and restraint techniques for various species

Skilled in performing routine laboratory tests (bloodwork, urinalysis, fecals, etc.)

Ability to assist in surgical preparation, anesthesia monitoring, and dental procedures

Familiarity with electronic medical records and veterinary practice software

Strong communication skills with clients and team members

Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment

Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to high-quality patient care

Must be able to lift and restrain animals up to 50 lbs
