Responsibilities

  • Support veterinarians in providing medical care to patients.
  • Assist with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures.
  • Safely handle and restrain patients while prioritizing comfort.
  • Collect and prepare diagnostic samples as appropriate.
  • Administer medications and treatments under veterinarian direction.
  • Assist with surgical preparation, anesthesia, and recovery as appropriate.
  • Maintain complete and accurate patient records.
  • Anticipate needs of veterinarians and teammates to promote workflow.
  • Maintain clean, organized treatment and patient-care areas.
  • Share knowledge and experience with teammates.
  • Support a positive workplace culture built on teamwork and respect.

What Our Veterinary Technicians Do
  • Support veterinarians in providing exceptional medical care to patients
  • Assist with examinations, diagnostics, treatments, and procedures
  • Safely handle and restrain patients while prioritizing their comfort and well-being

  • Assist with surgical preparation, procedures, anesthesia, and patient recovery as appropriate to your skill level
