Role Description:

CVETS is looking for a dedicated and skilled full-time, on-site Veterinary Technician to become a vital part of our expanding team in Columbia, SC. This is an exciting chance to deliver crucial support in a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. As a Veterinary Technician, you'll play a key role in triaging patients, assisting with diagnostics and treatments for a diverse range of emergency and critical care cases, working closely with our veterinarians and specialists, and contributing to the exceptional care we provide at CVETS. We're looking for a highly motivated individual who is deeply committed to providing immediate and life-saving support to our patients.

What you'll need to succeed:

Bonus points if you have:

  • Certification as a Veterinary Technician (CVT, LVT, RVT) or eligibility to become certified in South Carolina.
  • Experience in an emergency or specialty veterinary setting.
  • Familiarity with assisting in a variety of emergency procedures.
  • Experience with electronic medical record systems.
