Qualifikationen

• DVM or VMD from an accredited school with a license in at least one state.
• 3 years of veterinary practice experience required.
• Experience in a regulated Animal Health environment or veterinary call center preferred.
• Computer literacy in MS Office and database systems; familiarity with stats software.

Aufgaben

• Provide communication to veterinarians, staff, employees, and owners about product inquiries, complaints, and adverse events.
• Support complaint investigations by asking appropriate questions and recording communications.
• Provide information on proper product use, off-label use, and adverse events.
• Maintain current knowledge of SOPs, policies, regulations, and product knowledge.
• Enter case information into the approved PV database and ensure timely resolution.
