Position Overview

The Emergency Team Lead is an acting supervisor responsible for performing duties of medical technical staff and serving as the point of contact for the team to enhance care and department efficiency. They oversee client and patient care standards during their shift, lead by example, demonstrate organizational skills, adhere to company policies, and maintain professionalism.

Essential Functions
  1. Address staff and doctors' concerns during shifts and escalate to management when necessary.
  2. Stay updated on protocols and train staff accordingly, ensuring compliance during shifts.
  3. Provide performance feedback to staff on duty.
  4. Ensure safety of staff and patients, following safety guidelines during emergencies.
  5. Troubleshoot equipment issues and coordinate repairs with management.
  6. Verify charges throughout the shift for accurate billing.
  7. Conduct initial assessments of all patients, verify treatments match doctor’s orders.
  8. Perform delegated administrative duties as directed by management.

Pay Range

$27—$36 USD
