Qualifications

• Experience coordinating animal care and teaching labs in a veterinary setting is preferred.
• Proficiency in medical record management and budgetary oversight is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Organize teaching laboratories and manage animal care records and communications.
• Oversee shared surgery lab space and coordinate faculty needs for teaching labs.
• Advise on equipment needs and repairs, and support safety evaluations and inspections.
• Supervise student workers and ensure compliance with SOPs.
• Maintain laboratory records including patient records, equipment, and inventory; manage purchasing within budget.
