Job summary

Mass-RI Veterinary Services, part of the COVE Animal Health network, seeks an experienced Veterinary Surgeon to join our Swansea, Massachusetts hospital. You will lead clinically, mentor the team, and advance surgical services while maintaining high patient care standards.

Qualifications

• Diplomate of the American College of Veterinary Surgery or residency trained and eligible for board certification.
• Eligible for veterinary licensure in Massachusetts.
• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership within the hospital and model excellence in patient care.
• Mentor and support associate veterinarians and foster a culture of teamwork and learning.
• Provide comprehensive medical and surgical care for companion animals, including advanced soft tissue surgeries; collaborate with specialists as needed.
