Job summary

Neel Veterinary Hospital in Oklahoma City seeks a residency-trained or board-certified Veterinary Surgeon to join our high-level specialty and emergency team. You will perform advanced surgical procedures in a well-equipped, collaborative environment with access to cutting-edge technology and a diverse caseload.

Work alongside emergency and critical care veterinarians, specialists, and a CCRP to ensure seamless surgical, medical, and post-operative care.

Qualifications

• DVM or VMD degree from an accredited school.
• Active veterinary license in good standing in Oklahoma.
• Residency-trained or board-certified veterinary surgeon (DACVS or equivalent).
• Passion for high-quality surgical medicine and collaboration.
• Interest in a multi-specialty, emergency, and referral environment.
• Strong communication skills and commitment to excellent patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced veterinary surgical procedures in a high-level specialty and emergency hospital.
• Collaborate with emergency clinicians, specialists, and CCRP for integrated care.
• Participate in complex referral cases and in-house surgical needs.
• Contribute to ongoing professional growth and research initiatives.
