Job summary

Pet Emergency & Referral Center (PERC) in Palm Beach Gardens, FL, part of Ethos Veterinary Health, seeks a fourth board-certified or residency-trained surgeon to join a growing specialty team.

You will work alongside ER clinicians and specialists in Critical Care, Internal Medicine, Medical Oncology, and Surgery, supported by a collaborative culture and Fear Free techniques.

Qualifications

• Board-certified or residency-trained surgeon joining an expanding specialty practice.
• Experience in emergency/referral settings with ER clinicians and specialists.
• Strong communication with clients and referring veterinarians; Fear Free techniques.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care within a growing specialty program.
• Collaborate with ER clinicians and internal medicine, oncology, and surgery teams.
• Contribute to client and referring hospital relationships; participate in ongoing education.
• Mentor staff and help advance hospital protocols and patient care.
