Nashville Veterinary Specialists is seeking a boarded surgeon to join our growing Nashville location, a busy, multi-specialty, multi-surgeon practice with 24-hour emergency services. Our hospital features on-site CT and MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, cystoscopy, and electrodiagnostics, supporting advanced surgical care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified surgeon with veterinary surgical expertise.
• DVM or equivalent degree required; board certification in surgery preferred.
• Experience in a busy emergency/specialty hospital is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Provide surgical care in a multi-specialty, 24-hour facility.
• Collaborate with internal medicine, critical care, and neurology teams.
• Utilize on-site imaging and endoscopic equipment for diagnostics and treatment.

Nashville Veterinary Specialists is a young, but well-established and growing 24-hour emergency and specialty practice with a referral base of more than 200 veterinarians anda growing caseload. We are seeking a boarded surgeon to join our Nashville location, a busy, multi-specialty, multi-surgeon practice!

Our hospital currently employs multiple surgeons as well asboarded diplomats in internal medicine, critical care, oncology, dermatology, and neurology. Specialty equipment includes on-site CT and MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, cystoscopy, and electrodiagnostics. Round-the-clock care is provided for all our patients through our 24-hour emergency services. We work out of a newly constructed approximately 14,000 square foot facility.
