Qualifications

• Board-certified or completed residency in veterinary internal medicine.
• Experience in internal medicine with a focus on diagnostic workups.
• Familiarity with 24-hour emergency and specialty care is a plus.

• Participate in after-hours and 24/7 patient management responsibilities.

Nashville Veterinary Specialists is seeking a fourth Internist to join our growing team!

NVS is a well-established and growing 24-hour emergency and specialty practice with a referral base of more than 200 veterinarians and a growing caseload. We are seeking a full-time internist to join our 3 seasoned internal medicine specialists!

Candidates should be board certified or have completed residency training. Our hospital has boarded diplomats in internal medicine, surgery, oncology, cardiology dermatology, critical care, and neurology. Specialty equipment includes on-site CT and MRI, digital radiography, ultrasound, endoscopy, cystoscopy and electrodiagnostics. Round-the-clock care is provided for all our patients through our 24-hour emergency services. We work out of a 14,000 square foot facility and we are deeply committed to environmental sustainability, which is obvious to anyone visiting our practice.
